   A Reform Platform for Honest Government and Civic Integrity
   Truth and Transparency

   1. Sound Money and Honest Accounting
   The United States must maintain a faithful and honest unit of account. A currency that obscures real value undermines contracts, savings, and public trust.

   2. Truthfulness in Public Office
   Candidates and officeholders must not knowingly make false statements or insincere or impossible promises. Mechanisms should be established to hold public officials accountable for deliberate deception.

   3. The “Read the Bills Act”
   All legislation must be publicly available in final form for at least seven days before any vote. Citizens and lawmakers alike have the right to read, review, and comment before laws are enacted.

   4. Single-Subject Legislation
   All bills must be limited to one subject. Combining unrelated or competing provisions into omnibus legislation obscures accountability and prevents voters from understanding how their representatives stand on specific issues.

   Fiscal Fairness and Responsibility

   5. Intergenerational Fiscal Responsibility
   Debt obligations of the federal government must be borne by the generation that incurred them. Only those of voting age at the time such obligations are created shall be responsible for repayment. Intergenerational transfer of debt without consent is unjust and must be prohibited.

   6. Immigration and Public Dependency
   Immigrants shall not become public charges. Immigration policy must ensure self-sufficiency and prevent undue burdens on public resources.

   7. Property Tax Relief for Seniors
   The obligation to pay real property taxes on primary residences valued at or below a defined threshold (e.g., 125% of median home value) shall expire upon the owner reaching retirement age.

   8. Equal Compensation Standards for Elected Officials
   Elected officials who set their own salaries and benefits must not receive fringe benefits unavailable to their constituents. Public service must not be a pathway to privileged treatment.

   Rule of Law and National Cohesion

   9. One Sovereign Legal System
   The state recognizes only one sovereign civil legal system, applies it equally to all persons, and does not permit private tribunals or organizations to override civil or criminal law.

   10. Citizenship and Cultural Integration
   Immigration and naturalization shall require commitment to the nation’s laws, values, and civic culture. Parallel systems of governance that conflict with constitutional order are incompatible with national unity.

   Public Ownership of Publicly Funded Knowledge

   11. Public Return on Public Investment
   Intellectual property developed in public institutions, or substantially funded by the public, shall be deemed public property. Any rents, royalties, or licensing revenues shall accrue to the People.
