The Supreme Court got it right with Citizens United. Limiting campaign contributions is a limit on free speech and expression with political speech being of paramount importance. We have seen recent elections showing money doesn’t buy elections. A better way to level the playing field would be to have ranked choice voting.

I also support ranked choice voting. Of course, we could pursue both this proposed Amendment and ranked choice voting. But I understand your opposition to this amendment stems from a healthy respect for the First Amendment, which deserves credit.
