Open Policy Discussion

I respectfully believe that since California has become a tinderbox due to water”shortages” that keeping the grounds clear of debris and dead foliage, along with proper water supplies where they are needed, and good ole fashioned training on how to maintain these things would save massive amounts of people. California is the only state I have lived in that is so ill prepared for something that occurs regularly. It’s a shame. I grew up in Poway and while there were plenty of fires, there was immensely less damages. Also, bringing back real education as in reading, writing, arithmetic, science, social studies, economics, history, would do our nation well. Our youth are very uneducated and it saddened me. We went from one of the highest ranked states in education and jobs, to the dregs of society. We can do better

CA has been a tinderbox for thousands of years. Look it up.
