The California Constitution is vague and ambiguous leading to in inefficient government.
Solution is new clear and concise constitution (using many great ideas within the Common Sense Party).
Common Sense Party efforts should be directed to writing this new constitution. Goal is California Government efficiency!

I don’t think a rewrite is necessary. But alot of changes can certainly be made, and many other additions and expansions are needed. Many loopholes need to be closed, and more civil rights outlined and guaranteed. People threat constitutions like a novel, that it will remain the same. They are not supposed to stay static, they are supposed to evolve with the state/country but politicians were too busy organizing campaign funds to worry about thier constituents.
