Anyone participating in a public protest for or against any policy, who is being paid to participate, should be required to display prominently on their clothing or their sign the words “Paid Protester.” As matters stand, mercenary participants sway the media and public policy by giving the false impression that they support or oppose their cause. Secretive wealth is used to undermine our democracy.
